The Indonesian Leadership Foundation believe that leaders needs to continuously improve their skills and increase their capacity to be competent leaders in their field. ILF plays a role in equipping their scholars to be better leaders. Through the Professional Development Program, ILF scholars are given the opportunity to grow by organizing professional development programs (workshop, seminar, community project, etc) or actively participating (e.g. be a speaker, co-host) at a professional development events.
Within the next few years, ILF plans to equip at least 1,000 professionals through workshops, seminars, conference, convention, etc. As of today, ILF has impacted 160 professionals through seminar and workshop.
